If you are having trouble hearing your intuition, I recommend first learning how to capture this information with color using your clairvoyant abilities. And yes, you are most likely clairvoyant. I will walk you through a step-by-step process on how to do this.
If you can visualize, you are clairvoyant. Exciting news, huh?! I didn't believe it myself when I was taught this, but I found it true when I put it into practice. I am clairvoyant. I can see intuitive information from my higher self in clairvoyant visualizations, and so can you.
Most of us will see clairvoyant visualizations with our inner vision or imagination, and some will see them with their physical eyes. I recommend that you do not use your physical eyes to capture extrasensory energy. It's better to "see" this type of information in your imagination where it is easier to control and dissipate the energy if needed. The Clairvoyant Intuitive Session Process:
Let's start with clairvoyantly looking for color because observing a color is an easier way to detect intuitive information.
Before we begin our clairvoyant exercise, we first want to clear the space of any negative energies. You can do this by saying internally or externally that all negative energies must leave the area now and not return. Next, set the firm intention only to hear intuitive guidance from your higher self. Then ask a specific question you would like answered. Once you do this, follow these next three steps to see if you can get an answer to your question in the form of a color clairvoyant visualization.
Step one: Bring all of your attention to the center of your head. If you are having trouble with this step, imagine you are seated in the center of your head, staring at a blank screen.
The center of your head is the part of your energetic body that is the most inherently present, neutral, and certain. You have a strong chance of receiving accurate intuitive information when you are energetically present in this area.
Step two: Observe. Once you have all your attention pulled into your head's center, with your physical eyes closed, look with your internal eyes, and observe if a color comes forward. Once you see a color, keep watching it. Does it change in shape or color? What is the color doing?
If you are having trouble seeing a color, go back to imagining you are sitting in a chair inside your head, staring at a blank screen. Observe the screen and wait for a color to show up.
Step three: Interpret. Once you get used to having your attention in the center of your head and can easily observe colors, at this point, you will want to interpret the color. Meaning you will see what the color stands for and then compare the information you receive to the original question you asked before starting this exercise.
One way to interpret the color is to "tap" on the color and ask it to reveal what it is or represents. You energetically "tap" on it in your imagination as you observe it. This "tap" activates the energy and lets the color know you are listening. Then once again, neutrally observe what happens next. After your "tap," do you see a past childhood scene popup? A memory? A specific emotion? Continue to watch as the color reveals more to you through clairvoyant pictures as to what it's all about.
After you finish interpreting the color, I suggest you write down all the information you received in your intuitive, clairvoyant session as you will likely forget what happened. If you feel a little spacey after this exercise, it's an indication you need to ground back into your physical body. You can do so easily by eating a snack or moving your body.
